In this funny ecard you see to tired looking parents that are being pulled about by their two children. White writing appears on the bottom of the screen saying "Children are a blessing..." the writing then disappears. More white writing appears saying "... you never know when your gonna need some blood or a spare kidney" and the two children turn into a packet of blood and a kidney.
