This ecard begins with a guy looking rather ill. He says "I'm not feeling very well, give me a check up then read the diagnosis". Then a sign pops up beside the guy, it reads: "Use the mouse to find different symptoms, then click on them. There are five in total." The user then has to press the start button and find the symptoms. When they find all five this message pops up: "There can only be one diagnosis!" the boy opens his arms wide with a smile on his face and says "I'm in love with you!"
